Designed for cooling and dehumidifying a room up to 450 square feet, this Amana portable air conditioner features on-board electronic controls with 3 speeds and a 24-hour timer, plus a handy remote control with LCD display and an auto-swing option. Our auto-swing louvers with multiple air direction delivers better air distribution making sure there are no "hot spots" in the room. Plus, easy-rolling caster wheels allow you to conveniently move the unit from room to room, providing cool air when and where you need it most. With the included window exhaust kit, it only takes a few minutes to uninstall and reinstall. At Amana we have exactly what you need to keep cool and dry. In October 2017, the Department of Energy implemented a new test procedure to determine the BTU rating of portable air conditioners. The procedural change has adjusted the amount of BTUs allowed to be claimed downward by as much as 50%. There have been no internal changes to these units, and the functionality remains the same. Premium Service (Includes delivery to the home, unpacking of the item in the room of your choice as well as disposal of an old appliance). Extra fees apply for more than one flight of stairs (over eight steps). Installation of the appliance is not included.
We can also ship smaller scale items including microwaves, hoods and cooktops via UPS or Fed Ex.
